This role is ideal for someone already working in residential lettings who is looking to take the next step in their career with a reputable company operating in a thriving local market.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing property lettings from start to finish
• Conducting viewings and securing lets
• Handling tenant and landlord enquiries
• Negotiating rental agreements
• Providing high levels of customer service
• Developing and maintaining client relationships

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings
• Strong sales ability and negotiation skills
• Excellent telephone manner and people skills
• Well-presented professional and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Weybridge area (beneficial)
• Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
• A proactive and dynamic approach to estate agency
