Job Title: Practice & Safety Administrator

Hours: Part-time 30 hours
Salary: 25646.40 pro rata to 19234.80
Are you organised proactive and passionate about keeping people safe Garston Vets is looking for a dynamic Practice & Safety Administrator to champion Health & Safety across our multi-site practice.
In this varied and hands-on role youll:
Lead and support H&S and Fire Safety inspections
Keep compliance slick and up to date across all branches
Organise essential training (Fire Wardens First Aiders staff refreshers)
Maintain accurate records and safety documentation
Carry out regular site visits checks and audits
Support the Senior Leadership and Sustainability teams
Provide administrative support across equipment servicing COSHH risk assessments EMS/work experience placements and more
Liaising with and booking all work experience and EMS (Extra-Mural Studies) placements
Organising and overseeing practice repairs servicing and maintenance lists in collaboration with the central team
Were looking for someone whos:
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Confident communicating with internal teams and external contractors
Happy to travel between sites
Able to juggle a varied workload and keep compliance running smoothly
No experience or qualifications are required for this role but you must hold a full UK driving licence.
