• Deliver high-quality waxing brow and lash treatment services while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction
• Build lasting client relationships through expert service and friendly communication

• Educate clients on waxing best practices aftercare and product recommendations
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
• Support studio initiatives including social media engagement and local marketing

• A current Washington State Esthetician or Cosmetologist license
• Passion for waxing and the beauty industry
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• A team player with a flexible can-do attitude
• Self-motivated and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
• Part time position: up to 3 Saturdays per month and some weekday shifts based on need for coverage
• Interest in increased hours/Full time as booking volume increases
  
  

• Pay Range: $20 - $45 per hour (Base Pay Commissions Tips)
