Job Description:

University of Louisville Physiciansis seeking a BE/BC family medicine or internal medicine/peds physicianto join our urgent care plus practice in
Louisville. KY.

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced candidates committed to teamwork communication empowerment and quality of ideal candidate would provide standard care for patients of all ages.

A medical degree from an accredited school of medicine; board certification in family or internal medicine/peds and eligibility for licensure in Kentucky are required. Clinical experience in family medicine is preferred.

Possess knowledge to diagnose and treat human injuries diseases and deformities. This includes symptoms treatment alternatives drug properties and interactions and preventive health-care measures.

Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence. Should be familiar with EMR systems. Familiarity with EPIC is preferred; however on-site EMR training will be provided.

Have excellent judgment and discretion the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Be a team player with a can-do attitude that can work in a fast-paced customer-service environment.

Ability to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.

Shifts are 12 hours 8 am to 8 pm. Sundays 8 - 6 pm. Three shifts are required weekly for a 156 shift requirement annually. Some weekend rotations are required.
