Job Summary
The Material Compliance Officer in Purchasing has to ensure that purchased materials comply with the growing number of legal requirements. She/he is representing the Home Comfort Procurement organization in the respective projects on company level. With this she/he is a key contributor to a successful and compliant business at Bosch Home Comfort division with following product portfolio: heating boilers heat pumps and AC.
Core tasks and responsibilities
- Responsible for deployment of new legal requirements / projects to suppliers in Asia Pacific America and EU (e.g. RoHS PFAS )
- Monitoring of fulfilment of compliance targets by suppliers
- Creation and update of status reports
- Responsible for trainings of suppliers and the buyers organization
- Coordination of external Service provider
- Coordination of chemical testing of materials on hazardous substances

Qualifications :
Candidates with education suit the position:
University education (Bachelors degree)
University education (Masters degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)
Specialisation field: Procurement
Language and language level
English - Advanced (C1)
Further foreign languages are an advantage.
