Job Summary

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes logistics coordination customer communication and administrative support. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our internal teams to improve operational efficiency and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order-to-Cash (O2C) Support

  • Assist in O2C processing including order entry order tracking and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Customer Relations Associates (CRA) to ensure accurate and timely handling of O2C activities.

2. Logistics & Delivery Coordination

  • Support in managing logistics delivery schedules.
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure smooth product movement and on-time delivery.

3. Customer Complaint Follow-Up

  • Assist in resolving customer complaints such as product damages delivery issues or documentation errors.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure corrective and preventive actions are communicated.

4. Documentation & Administrative Support

  • Prepare organize and maintain timely and accurate documents related to orders deliveries and customer transactions.
  • Support the team in daily administrative tasks as assigned.

5. Customer Backlog (CBL) Improvement

  • Monitor and update the Customer Backlog (CBL) records.
  • Assist in identifying areas of improvement and contribute to reducing pending or delayed customer orders.

Qualifications :

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Logistics Management or related fields.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently with guidance from supervisors.
