Vantive Cuernavaca is looking for a seasoned and driven professional to join our team as a Technical Service Supervisor. This position is ideal for individuals with proven leadership capabilities a strong background in medical devices or production environments and a passion for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 26 service center personnel ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Oversee service operations in compliance with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards and health regulations.
- Ensure timely and high-quality customer service through effective maintenance planning and execution.
- Coordinate field and in-center service for medical equipment following established procedures.
- Resolve technical issues by managing logistics planning and equipment release.
- Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in service operations.
- Manage budgets efficiently optimizing resource allocation and usage.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational success.
- Stay informed on business strategy product updates and new launches.
- Drive team development through recruitment training feedback and performance management.
- Participate in financial and KPI presentations and ensure CAPA compliance.
- Review and authorize service provider quotations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership and service operations.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (must be able to deliver presentations).
- Strong knowledge of electronics electromechanics and medical devices (preferred).
- Experience in cost-saving projects continuous improvement (e.g. 5S) and production systems.
- Green/Yellow Belt certification (nice to have).
- High resilience decision-making ability urgency and transparent leadership style.
- Availability for first shift; potential to expand to two shifts.
