Culina Group have a brand new role for a creative Employer Brand and Attraction Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team!
As the Employer Brand & Attraction Partner you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance the groups employer brand and ability to attract talent. This role ensures that Culina Group is positioned as an employer of choice through compelling messaging campaigns and candidate experiences. It will work closely with job boards social platforms and recruitment marketing channels to optimise spend and measuring ROI to maximise candidate engagement and conversion.
Key Duties
- Employer Brand Strategy - Develop and implement a compelling employer brand strategy aligned with business objectives. Ensuring our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is represented across all candidate touchpoints.
- Talent Attraction & Media Buying - Plan and execute media buying for job boards social media and other recruitment channels. Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure they are cost-effectiveness and ROI. Recommend budget allocation based on data-driven insights.
- Content Creation & Digital Presence - Create engaging content for careers pages social media and recruitment marketing campaigns. Manage employer brand presence on LinkedIn Glassdoor and other platforms.
- Data & Market Insights - Track and report on key metrics such as source effectiveness and conversion rates. Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with HR Marketing and Recruitment teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment. Provide guidance to hiring managers and recruiters on employer brand best practices.
- Open Days / Careers Events support our sites with open days /recruitment events. Own the calendar of events that we need to attend to raise our employer brand e.g. early careers CTP (Careers Transition Partnership) etc.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record in an employer branding role supporting a mid to large size recruitment function in a large scale multi-site organisation(s) (1bn) with complex recruitment needs.
- Expertise in media buying and campaign performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
- Project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
