Job Summary
Were looking for a Release Manager to take ownership of planning coordinating and overseeing all release activitiesensuring timely high-quality delivery across our global programs.
This is a pivotal role where youll combine technical expertise with exceptional communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration across diverse cross-functional teams.
What Youll Do
Lead Release Coordination:
- Plan and manage release activities for software updates patches and enhancements with a key focus on our D365 global rollout.
- Develop and maintain release schedules and timelines in partnership with project managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure releases meet quality standards and are delivered on timeno defects deployed.
Drive Change Management:
- Coordinate change requests from program business and IT teams maintaining a prioritized backlog.
- Assess the impact of defects and releases on existing processes and systems.
- Communicate release plans schedules and impacts clearly to all stakeholders.
Own Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate release documentation and generate insightful reports to track performance and program health.
- Provide strategic recommendations to management and continuously improve release processes for efficiency and quality.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- University degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or relevant experience in industry
- Proven track record in release coordination within an Agile environment.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies and release processes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a track record of successful stakeholder management and solution delivery.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
