Realistic OTE: 70000 in Year One

Role Purpose
The Finance Broker will be responsible for qualifying and converting leads understanding client funding requirements and offering tailored finance solutions. You will work towards realistic weekly KPIs and benefit from exclusive access to competitive funding lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess suitability and client needs.
- Conduct targeted outbound calling to UK businesses to introduce finance solutions.
- Build rapport with clients through phone video or face-to-face meetings.
- Work to achievable weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Develop and maintain a strong active pipeline.
- Maximise every opportunity through cross-selling service reviews and customer retention activities.
Desired Experience & Skills
- Previous financial sales experience is highly advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer-service mindset with a consultative approach.
- Highly driven ambitious and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and consistently hit targets.
