We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and guest focussed Bartender to join our Food & Beverage Team. This can be full-time or part-time hours based on your availability
Heres a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
The successful candidate will be friendly personable and passionate about all things food and drink related and have knowledge and experience of making cocktails.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering best in class cocktails and hot beverages
- Upselling of beverages
- Maintaining hygiene standards and always keeping the bar organised stocked and clean
- Completing stock takes
- Holding a strong knowledge of our operating systems
- Following opening and closing procedures
- Being up to date on all H&S and Food Hygiene procedures
The ideal candidate will be:
- A knowledgeable bartender with 1 years experience in a similar fast paced role.
- Passionate about all things food and beverage.
- Self-motivated and have a proactive approach.
- Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail Willing to learn
