On behalf of one of our clients we are looking for a Senior Contracts & Category Professional

Job Description:
- This position is part of the Operations Logistics & Subsea department in supply chain. We are responsible for all the contracts that ar e utilized in our offshore
operations. We are now looking for a Sr. Contract & Category Specialist. - Develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Lead supplier communication and negotiations to secure optimal agreements with suppliers.
- Keep contract records and all related documents tidy and in order.
- Analyze market trends and supplier landscape to identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.
- Ensure that all procurement activities comply with internal procedures business management system and external regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in economics engineering logistics or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience.
- Fluent/good abilities in English and Norwegian both verbal and written.
Personal traits:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams with a focus on achieving results.
