Responsibilities
- Build lasting customer relationships and create clients for life
- Use consultative selling techniques to help customers find the right vehicle for their needs
- Develop strong product knowledge across new and used inventory optional packages and the latest technology
- Deliver high-quality professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Work closely with Sales Management on goals performance reviews and growth opportunities
- Bring energy professionalism and a positive attitude every single day
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours including Saturdays (we are closed Sundays)
- Self-starter mentality with ambition and drive to succeed
- Eager to learn product knowledge quickly and continuously improve
- Strong communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional polished personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license required
