Job Summary
BOUSSIAS the leading company in business conferences and awards in Greece is seeking an experienced Event ProducerOrganizer to oversee and execute live conferences and special projects. Key Responsibilities
Flawless delivery of live or hybrid events
End-to-end project management: scheduling budget management
Supplier coordination and collaboration with internal teams ensuring seamless integration of digital components
Developing and managing timelines risk registers and status reports to ensure events run on schedule
Budget ownership managing purchase orders and issuing invoices
Cross-department collaboration to ensure all stakeholders contribute effectively to event delivery and meet project objectives
Requirements
Significant experience as an Event Producer specifically in producing live conferences and managing event budgets of all sizes
Excellent understanding of all event disciplines: event & delegate management technical services digital media video production and print
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Highly collaborative and experienced in working across multiple disciplines
Agile adaptive and able to perform effectively under pressure
Exceptional organizational project management and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
