Family Law Senior Associate

Location: Gravesend

Salary: 50000 DOE/Qualifications

Are you a highly experienced Family Solicitor ready to step into a senior leadership role Our client a respected law firm in Gravesend is seeking a Family Law Senior Associate to manage complex cases mentor colleagues and play a pivotal part in the continued growth of the department.

The Opportunity

Location: Gravesend Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)

Salary: 50000 per annum (DOE)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex family law matters including divorce financial remedy cohabitation children matters and domestic abuse cases

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

• Represent clients in negotiations and where appropriate at court

• Liaise with clients counsel courts and external professionals

• Lead on business development and client relationship management

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards

What Were Looking For

• 6 years PQE as a Family Solicitor

• Extensive UK private practice experience

• Expert technical knowledge of family law including divorce finances and children matters

• Demonstrable leadership business development and client management skills

• Excellent communication organisational and mentoring abilities

• Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
