DescriptionAs an ISC Production Supervisor at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the production operations within our facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production processes meeting production targets and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in driving operational excellence and achieving customer satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day production operations ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and promote cross-functional teamwork.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives as a Kaizen facilitator.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures while promoting a culture of safety awareness within the team.
- Recognize and reward individual and team achievements to boost morale and engagement.
- Master structured problem-solving techniques including RCCA methods (5 Why Fishbone 8D).
- Develop and administer training matrices; facilitate training and development to enhance team skills and performance.
- Prepare and submit timely safety incident reports.
QualificationsMUST HAVE:
- 2 years of previous experience in a production supervisory or lead role.
- Intermediate knowledge of production processes.
- Proven expertise in safety drivers and fostering a culture of safety performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.

Technical Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing production team providing coaching to drive employee engagement motivation and performance.
- Manage in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Drive operational excellence through initiatives such as lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Maintain and analyze production metrics and data demonstrating proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Greenbelt certified and/or Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred or must be obtained within one year.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform under deadline pressures.
