What Youll Be Doing
- Making 50 outbound calls daily to recruit and onboard qualified contractors.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing vendor partners.
- Managing onboarding contract negotiations and service expectations.
- Acting as the liaison between vendors and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Ensuring vendor compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Tracking performance metrics and identifying opportunities for growth.
What Were Looking For
- Sales-driven mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in vendor management business development or contractor relations is a plus.
- Ability to multitask stay organized and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive goal-oriented self-starter who thrives in a team setting.
