Are you a dedicated Family Solicitor seeking your next challenge Our client a respected law firm in Gravesend offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload enjoy real career progression and join a collaborative supportive team.
The Opportunity
Location: Gravesend Kent (office-based with flexible/hybrid working considered)
Salary: per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am5:30pm

Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce financial remedy cohabitation children matters and domestic abuse cases
Advise and support clients with empathy and professionalism
Draft and review legal documents ensuring accuracy and compliance
Represent clients in negotiations and where appropriate at court
Liaise with clients counsel courts and external professionals
Keep up to date with changes in family law and best practice
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards
What Were Looking For
36 years PQE as a Family Solicitor
UK private practice experience
Strong technical knowledge of family law including divorce finances and children matters
Excellent client care organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant legal qualification (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
