What Youll Do:
Operate and monitor 14 production machines
Inspect parts and record metrics
Maintain safety and quality standards
Use handheld tools and read mechanical drawings
Support team with cross-training and documentation
What Youll Need:
High school diploma or GED
12 years in machining or Machine Tech certificate
Ability to read instructions and blueprints (GDT)
Basic math and computer skills
Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods
Eligible to work in an ITAR-regulated environment
