Slows Bar Bq is seeking a friendly and energetic Host to join our Berkley location! As the first point of contact for our guests you will set the tone for a memorable dining experience.
Requirements
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.
- Manage wait lists and reservations efficiently.
- Quote accurate wait times to guests.
- Notify guests when their table is ready.
- Assist with clearing and setting tables promptly.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Schedule and confirm reservations as needed.
- Stay informed about weather conditions affecting outdoor dining.
- Record messages accurately for the management team.
- Accommodate special seating requests whenever possible.
- Thank guests as they depart and encourage their return.
- Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
- Availability to work nights and weekends is required.
