What Youll Be Doing

As a Customer Advisor youll help Italian-speaking customers with their questions always with empathy patience and a smile. Youll be guided by training supported by your team and grow your skills every day.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Answering customer questions via phone email or chat

• Helping people solve everyday issues (training will be provided!)

• Keeping things friendly clear and professional

• Learning how to use tools and systems that make your job easier

• Being a brand ambassador customers can count on

You Dont Need Experience Just the Right Mindset

Youre a fluent Italian
You speak English at a conversational level (B2)
Youre comfortable using a computer and willing to learn
Youre ready to work in rotating shifts (morning/evening/weekends)
Youre positive patient and enjoy talking to people
Youre open to new challenges and want to grow

Bonus points if:

• Youve worked in retail hospitality or any customer-facing role

• Youve helped friends/family with tech problems or enjoy solving small issues
