About the role:
The Client Centre Assistants provide our clients Partners and teams with outstanding hospitality and catering support including making barista coffees serving catering hosting events and extensive meeting room set-up. They are responsible for operating our in-house AV system including video conferencing equipment and data addition this role will assist the catering team with general kitchen duties and ensure the hub and internal kitchens are well maintained.
Standard hours are typically 7.5 hours per day Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm. However there will be a need to work additional hours when morning or evening functions are scheduled.
What we are looking for:
- Previous barista and hospitality experience is essential
- Experience within a corporate environment is desirable
We are looking for someone who is a team player proactive motivated and hard working. The ideal candidate must have a positive and professional attitude impeccable personal presentation and the ability to stay calm under pressure. They will also be physically capable have strong interpersonal and communication skills be IT savvy and be able to take responsibility for their work and manage multiple priorities.
