Short Job Description Salesforce Revenue Cloud / DRO

We are looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead with strong expertise in Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator (DRO) within Salesforce Revenue Cloud to lead end-to-end revenue lifecycle implementations for a major Telecom.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead solution design and development for DRO CPQ Billing and Order Management.
. Build and optimize revenue orchestration flows for telecom products bundles usage and billing events.
. Translate telecom commercial offerings (plans add-ons promotions) into scalable Salesforce configurations.
. Integrate Salesforce with telecom OSS/BSS charging systems and mediation platforms.
. Guide developers ensure code quality and manage technical delivery across agile teams.

Skills & Experience

. 610 years in Salesforce with Revenue Cloud and hands-on DRO experience.
. Strong understanding of telecom domains: subscription lifecycle usage charging billing cycles and product catalogs.
. Proficiency in Apex LWC integrations (REST/SOAP Mulesoft TMF APIs).
. Experience with Salesforce CPQ/Billing telecom order orchestration and data flows.

Preferred Certifications

. Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant
. Salesforce CPQ Specialist / Billing Specialist
. Platform Developer I/II
