About the role
Reporting to the People Operations Director the Head of People Services will play a pivotal role in building a best-in-class shared services function from the ground up.This role will lead the delivery of HR services setting new standards for service excellence colleague experience and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities- Design and establish a new People Services operating model
- Lead transformation and continuous improvement
- Optimise systems and technology enablement
- Establish governance controls and performance metrics - implementing SLAs and KPIs
- Build and lead a high performing team
- Use data and insights to inform decisions
To be successful in this role you will need to have -
Proven experience in continuous improvement of services delivering efficiencies whilst enhancing customer experience
Shared services experience across high volume teams delivering complex services
Experience of HR systems
Experience of managing multiple projects and senior stakeholders
It would be great if you also have experience of working within a highly regulated environment.
