The Attach Business Development Manager is a sales-focused role designed to drive growth in theattachproduct portfoliowhich includes itemssuch asheadsets warranties displays accessories and peripherals.
This is a consultative sales role focused on driving growth in complementary products and services.Youllpartner closely with account teamsleverageyourexpertiseinattachsolutions and play a key role in expanding customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with sales teams to support customer interactions and ensure seamless integration ofattachproducts into solutions.
Lead coordinated sales activities focused on products such as headsets warranty care packs displays and peripherals.
Act as a subject matter expert onattachsolutionsidentifyingopportunities and leading proactive strategies to grow adoption within assigned accounts.Manage account growth andpipelinesby developing strategic partnerships and expanding customer relationships.Achieve salestargetsand ensure high-quality pipeline management.
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with customers IT managers architects and business partners.
Deliver innovative updates and navigate complex organizational structures.
Leadthe sales processfrom qualification to closecollaborating withTechnical Consultants (TCs)todesignsolutionsand provide technical supportwhen needed.
Education& Experience Recommended:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
Proventrack recordof achieving sales quotas and driving business growth.
Experience inmanaging sales processes and building customer relationships.
Strong understanding of market trends andabilityto turn insights into business opportunities.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong business acumen andexpertisein theattachproductportfolio.
Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
Leadership communication and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
Adaptability to new business capabilities and emerging trends.
Strong relationship-building skills and customer-focused thinking.

Please Note
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $109300 to $148650 CAD annually with a80%/20%(salary/incentive) mix.
Pay within this range will be based on the review of experience skills and internal equity.
As a full time employee of HP Canada you will be eligible to participate in the companys group benefit programs including medical dental life insurance and disability coverage subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. During your employment term you will receive 15 paid vacation days per year prorated based on your start date. Detailed information regarding benefitswill be provided upon hire and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
