Inyourdaytodayyouwillberesponsiblefor:
Proposeandclosecontractstoachieverevenuegrowthprofitabilityandcustomersatisfactiontargets.
Identifyandqualifyprospectiveclientstobuildarobustpipelineofnewandexpandedbusinessopportunities.
EffectivelypositionandpromoteBSIstrainingandISOManagementSystemssolutionstokeydecision-makersinsmalltomidsizeorganizations.
Participateinastructuredsalesmodelfocusedonattractinganddevelopingnewbusinessopportunities.
Monitormarkettrendsanddevelopstrategicplanstocapitalizeonemergingopportunities.
Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamsincludingOperationsMarketingandFinancetoensuresuccessfuldeliveryoftrainingsolutions.
Engageincontinuouslearningtoenhanceproductknowledgeandsellingskills.
Demonstrateautonomyinitiativeandaccountabilityinmanagingyourterritoryandsalesactivities.
Tobesuccessfulintheroleyouwillhave:
BachelorsdegreeinBusinessorequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience(minimum4yearsofprovensalessuccess).
2 to 5yearsofB2BorB2Csalesexperiencepreferablywithintrainingprofessionalservicesorsolution-basedsellingenvironments.
Strongunderstandingofsolution-basedandconsultativesalestechniques.
Excellentcommunicationpersuasionandpresentationskills.
ProficiencyinMicrosoftOutlookTeamsWordandExcel.
ExperiencewithCRMtoolsSalesforcepreferred.
Demonstratedcustomerserviceexcellenceincludingneedsassessmentservicequalityandsatisfactionevaluation.
Strongselfmotivationresilienceandcompetitivedrivetomeetandexceedtargets.
