Inyourdaytodayyouwillberesponsiblefor:

  • Proposeandclosecontractstoachieverevenuegrowthprofitabilityandcustomersatisfactiontargets.

  • Identifyandqualifyprospectiveclientstobuildarobustpipelineofnewandexpandedbusinessopportunities.

  • EffectivelypositionandpromoteBSIstrainingandISOManagementSystemssolutionstokeydecision-makersinsmalltomidsizeorganizations.

  • Participateinastructuredsalesmodelfocusedonattractinganddevelopingnewbusinessopportunities.

  • Monitormarkettrendsanddevelopstrategicplanstocapitalizeonemergingopportunities.

  • Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamsincludingOperationsMarketingandFinancetoensuresuccessfuldeliveryoftrainingsolutions.

  • Engageincontinuouslearningtoenhanceproductknowledgeandsellingskills.

  • Demonstrateautonomyinitiativeandaccountabilityinmanagingyourterritoryandsalesactivities.

Tobesuccessfulintheroleyouwillhave:

  • BachelorsdegreeinBusinessorequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience(minimum4yearsofprovensalessuccess).

  • 2 to 5yearsofB2BorB2Csalesexperiencepreferablywithintrainingprofessionalservicesorsolution-basedsellingenvironments.

  • Strongunderstandingofsolution-basedandconsultativesalestechniques.

  • Excellentcommunicationpersuasionandpresentationskills.

  • ProficiencyinMicrosoftOutlookTeamsWordandExcel.

  • ExperiencewithCRMtoolsSalesforcepreferred.

  • Demonstratedcustomerserviceexcellenceincludingneedsassessmentservicequalityandsatisfactionevaluation.

  • Strongselfmotivationresilienceandcompetitivedrivetomeetandexceedtargets.

  • Ahighlevelofintegritycuriosityandaccountabilityineveryclientinteraction
