To provide each guest with outstandingand personalizedcustomer service while providing facials waxing massagetherapyand body treatments witha highskill set.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
The abilityto perform all types of skin care body treatment massagetherapy &waxing services with knowledge and high skill set.
Must beable toinitiateand engage in conversations in a professional andfriendly manner.
Holds strongunderstandings of all skin types with the ability toanalyzetheskin andsuggest retail products for home care
Must beable to work well with others and as a team.
Knowledge of other services offered atThe LINQSpa.
Participate andattend all education classes and staff meetings.
Offer thehighest level of personalized service whilemaintainingapositiveenthusiastichelpfulandprofessional attitudewith all guests and team members
Provide consistentprofessional treatments as directed in training classes andaccepted certificationpractices
Properly carefor equipment and product used
Communicate anddescribe in an articulate manner the spa offerings
Ability tocomparethe different services on the menu
Recommend andup-sell services at the spa facility on property
Handle guestquestions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
Respond toguest requestsimmediately accurately and appropriately
Understand theimportance of and committed to continuing education
Ability towork unsupervised for extendedperiod
Uphold allprotocols for set-up and cleanliness of treatment rooms includingextensive in-between client cleaning procedures
Understand thatas a representative of the Spa they willmaintaina healthy appearanceand apositive attitude
Comfortable around guests who may be in a state of undress
Maintain a cleansafestockedand well-organized work area.
Follow allguidelinesestablishedby the governing state board.
Understands theimportance of punctuality and work readiness
Maintainswell maintainedspa appearancecleanlinessand ability to workthe entireshift inamaskas directed.
Assistingall areas of the spa operation as directed by management
Ability to provide services and skills across any citywide property location.
Due to the nature of the hospitality industry team members maybe requiredto work varying schedules weekend and holidays to reflect the needs of the facility
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proper training and certificates for service provided.(Must be able to produce certifications uponhire.)
Two years experience in a hotel or resortpreferred
Fast paced have enthusiasm andpossessexcellent customerskills.
Experience in administering treatments to male and female guests in a professional manner.
Understand and follow Blood Born Pathogen procedures
Excellent reading writing and oralproficiencyin the English language
Valid NV Cosmetology License
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Able tolift upto 10 lbs.
Able to stand fora long periodof time (up to an average10-hourshift).
Able to work entire shift in a mask and other-directedprotective wear
