One of our clients needs a Project Subject Matter Expert in Norfolk VA for a permanent position.

Position: Project Subject Matter Expert
Location: Norfolk VA
Position Type: Full-time

Overview:

The project level SME will be the primary technical resource responsible to the Contractor PjM for ensuring successful completion of all tasks subtasks work efforts data requirements deliverables and action items.
The project level SME is expected to maintain close communications and coordination with the Contractor PjM to ensure the WES solution is successfully provided to the Government.
The project level SME will be expected to support the Contractor Project PjMs weekly and/or monthly reporting on work progress and schedule.

Minimum Experience:

Must possess at least eight (8) years of progressive experience specialized in information technology (IT) and/or operational technology (OT) solutions that orchestrate and enable automated operations at fulfillment centers warehouses or distribution centers (DCs) in the public and/or private sector.

Minimum Education:

Must possess a Bachelors Degree in the field of Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Information Technology (IT) or other relevant computer science / technology based specialty from a nationally accredited and recognized institution of higher learning or four (4) additional years of relevant experience beyond the minimum experience requirement (i.e.: a total of twelve (12) years of experience or greater).

Additional Qualifications & Required Skills:

Active Secret clearance.
Must possess eligibility for an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance as identified (NACLC & ANACI) at time of proposal submission.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently.
Experience with standup integration testing and deployment of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems Utility Control System (UCS) Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) material handling / distribution systems and/or other types of IT / OT utilized in automated fulfillment centers warehouses or DCs.
Familiar with standards for cybersecurity compliance of IT and OT systems (including but not limited to):
- The latest revision of Department of Defense (DoD) Instruction (DODI) 8510.01 Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Technology (IT) latest revision of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-82 Guide to Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Security
- SP 800-82 Rev. 2 Guide to Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Security CSRC ()
- The latest revision of NIST SP 800-160 Systems Security Engineering (SSE). SP 800-160 Vol. 1 Systems Security Engineering: Trustworthy Secure Systems CSRC ()
Familiar with generating compliant Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) documentation including (but not limited to)
- High-Level Operational Concept Graphic (OV-1) Systems Interface Description (SV-1) Systems Resource Flow Description (SV-2) and Systems Resource Flow Matrix (SV-6).
- in basic analytical software products such as Adobe as well as Microsoft Excel Access Word Office Visio and PowerPoint.
