Compensation:

$25$27/hour (depending on experience)
Uncapped commissions bonuses
Average monthly bonus: $1200 $4500
Estimated total compensation: $70000 $100000

Responsibilities:

Lead with Purpose: Motivate and guide a team of canvassers to exceed goals and perform at their best.
Be Hands-On: This is an active role. Youll walk neighborhoods knock doors and lead by example in the field.
Start from the Ground Up: All managers begin with entry-level canvassing training to build a strong foundation.
Coach & Develop: Provide consistent mentorship feedback and clear direction to help your team grow.
Engage Homeowners: Train your team to build trust and start meaningful conversations that lead to quality appointments.
Deliver Results: Set and surpass daily weekly and monthly performance goals.
Team Transport: At some point in the role you may be responsible for driving a company vehicle to move your team between canvassing locations. A valid drivers license and clean driving record are required.

Schedule:

Full-time: 40 hours/week
Workdays: Tuesday to Saturday (flexibility may be required)

Location:

San Diego region
Field-based role with local travel required
