Sr. Associate III, Data Analysis & Visualization

Summary of Position:

As a Sr. Associate III Data Analytics and Visualization you will support global data and analytics initiatives to deliver actionable insights across the Quote-to-Cash process. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of the Data Insights Hub enabling business stakeholders to access intuitive dashboards KPIs and performance analytics using tools such as Alteryx Tableau SQL and Celonis with data sourced from Salesforce SAP and PureCloud.

Working closely with cross-functional teams you will ensure data accuracy solution alignment and adherence to governance standards. You will actively manage stakeholder relationships to gather requirements communicate progress and ensure analytics solutions meet business needs. Your responsibilities will include preparing datasets building dashboards and supporting analysis for deployment planning customer segmentation and channel performance tracking. Additionally you will assist in implementing BI best practices and driving adoption of data-driven decision-making and providing training to end users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and enhancement of the global Insights Hub ensuring stakeholders have access to dashboards KPIs and performance analytics for Quote-to-Cash processes.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders translating data into meaningful insights and recommendations. Ensure successful adoption and consistent use of established dashboards and KPIs to support operational and strategic goals including end-user training and support.

• Translate business requirements into effective BI solutions using tools such as Alteryx Tableau SQL and Celonis.

• Prepare integrate and validate data from Salesforce SAP and PureCloud to enable accurate and consistent reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Customer Operations Digital Lighthouse etc.) to align analytics outputs with business needs.

• Perform data analysis to identify process improvement opportunities supporting efficiency and automation initiatives.

• Ensure data quality and compliance with governance standards including master data readiness.

• Assist in deployment and adoption of BI solutions across global markets. Maintain KPI frameworks and dashboards ensuring timely updates and accuracy.

• Provide scheduled and ad hoc reporting to support decision-making at global regional and local levels.

• Work with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and infrastructure.

• Document BI processes and dashboards for transparency and scalability.

• Stay informed on BI tools and trends to contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in business intelligence data analytics or process mining within a global or regional organization (2 years).

• Proficiency in Alteryx Tableau and SQL for data preparation visualization and process analysis.

• Understanding of data structures and integration across platforms such as Salesforce SAP and PureCloud (Genesys).

• Ability to translate business requirements into practical BI solutions and dashboards.

• Exposure to Order-to-Invoice (OTI) or similar end-to-end business processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with global regional and local teams.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently on assigned tasks while contributing to cross-functional projects.

• Interest in driving data-driven decision-making and supporting continuous improvement through BI solutions.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain positive working relationships across diverse teams.

Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
