We are looking for a driven diligent and friendly Guest Relations Agent to join the team at The London EDITION hotel. As our Guest Relations Agent you will have a natural ability to connect with people and have a creative flair to deliver personalised tailored service to our guests.

As a Guest Relations Agentyou will be:

  • Creating and arranging amenities and tailored experiences to surprise and delight our guests.
  • Responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel
  • Having presence in the lobby meeting greeting and providing assistance to ensure maximum guest engagement and guest satisfaction.
  • Liaising with all departments to ensure all guests needs and expectations are met.
  • Being the main point of contact for all our guests finding out and acting on their preferences and ensuring all departments are fully briefed on their requirements.
  • Managing and swiftly resolving guest complaints

  • Anticipate our guests needs and be able to thing outside the box to create tailored experiences that leave our guests with lasting memories.
  • Someone who is creative!
  • Previous experience in a guest facing role within a luxury hotel
  • Someone who is naturally engaging and attentive with an eye for detail
  • A self-starter who is intuitive and dependable
