Join us as an Out of Hours Shift Coverage Officer and be part of something bigger.
As an Out of Hours Shift Coverage Officer youll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations outside of standard business hours. This is a unique opportunity to support the disability services sector by being the first point of contact for urgent rostering needs overnight. Youll manage phone calls and emails provide timely responses to staff sickness notifications and ensure continuity of care by escalating to agencies when required.
This is a shared role between two officers working on a 5 days on / 5 days off rotating roster. The shift includes active hours from 7pm10pm followed by on-call passive coverage from 10pm7:30am.
