The Technical Services Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing the Technical Services (TS) function across the Region Cluster.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Provide strategic direction and set priorities for Vantive Technical Service operations in alignment with business needs.
  • Manage resources effectively within budget constraints and oversee the Technical Service Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Support service and spare parts sales through a value-added technically driven strategy.
  • Lead and develop a national and regional TS team fostering talent and building a leadership pipeline.
  • Build strong relationships with country and regional leaders (GMs directors business units) to align technical service delivery with market strategies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by balancing operational efficiency quality and cost.
  • Drive and monitor KPIs across operations spare parts quality compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular customer engagement to optimize service and identify new business opportunities.
  • Resolve equipment-related issues through cross-functional collaboration to maintain product quality and client satisfaction.
  • Continuously challenge the status quo to position the TS team as best-in-class within the local medical device industry.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in budgeting KPI management distributor service levels and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong understanding of local legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Seasoned leadership experience with the ability to manage difficult conversations and drive team performance
  • Excellent communication skills in a matrixed cross-functional environment
  • Background in Medical Devices Clinical Research Hospitals or Pharmaceuticals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background in Medical Devices
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Experience with Hemodialysis machines
