The Graise Hawkeye Team is responsible for ensuring the Point of Sale (POS) SCO system is robust reliable and production-ready. The team focuses on functional integration and non-functional testing (NFT) including performance and resilience assessments to validate the systems quality. Comprising skilled QA professionals and SDETs the team works collaboratively to anticipate and address complex engineering and business challenges. Their responsibilities include test planning automation bug tracking regression testing and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery. By maintaining high testing standards and continuously improving processes the team plays a vital role in delivering a performant and resilient POS system to meet business and customer needs.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop configure and automate functional/integration and performance tests including designing prototyping deploying and executing tests for an enterprise-class multi-concept 3-tier POS system.
- Build and maintain test frameworks that support both QA and Dev teams in their testing efforts ensuring seamless integration and scalability across various environments.
- Collaborate on automation strategies to streamline functional/integration and performance test coverage with a focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of both QA and development teams.
- Automate the collection analysis and reporting of results from functional/integration and performance tests ensuring transparency and actionable insights for all stakeholders.
- Apply research information gathering and analytical skills to validate test results analyze calling patterns and optimize testing processes for better performance and coverage.
- Design and implement test scenarios and test cases to simulate real-world conditions ensuring comprehensive testing across various QA and performance testing environments.
- Work closely with engineering and application POD teams to identify and resolve high-impact issues fostering collaboration between QA and development to improve overall product quality.

- 2 years of non-internship professional software development testing experience
- 1 years of test automation frameworks and tools building experience
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java C or C# including object-oriented design
- Experience in penetration testing and exploitability-focused vulnerability assessment
- Experience in platform-level security mitigations and hardening for Linux and Windows
- Knowledge of overall system architecture scalability reliability and performance in a database environment
- Experience with security in service-oriented architectures and web services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223600/year in our highest geographic market.
