Your Responsibilities as a Sales/Project Manager:

AcquireNewLeads and IncreaseSales
MeetSales Goals andquotas every month
Keep Track withindividualmonthly and annualSales numbers
Set Up Schedule and Manage awarded projects
Meet Clients on site and build relationships in aprofessional Manner
Drive to and Perform Site Take-Offs for various areas
Identifyand Measure various Stormwater Devices on a site
Create Site Maps in Bluebeam and Quotes inHubspot
Able to manage multiple projects at a time
Public Speaking Perform Lunch & Learn presentationin a room full of clients

Commission

Evergreen Commissions on all awarded Contracts

Commissions given per quarter on all invoiced sales

0.75% under $400K
1.00% -$400-699K
1.25% - $700-999K
1.50% - 1Mil

Good Customer Service Skills
Punctual and Reliable
Experience in Microsoft Outlook Excel WordPowerpoint(Hubspotand Bluebeamare preferred)
Hard Workingand able to work withothers
Self-motivated and high integrity
Organized and great with follow up
Friendly with good phoneand email etiquette
Clean Valid Drivers License and Social Security Number
Ability to Read Construction Plans/Site Maps
Quick Learner and Teachable
Ability to lift 75lbs occasionally and climb into tight spaces
