About the Role

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

• Performs business support or technical work using data organizing and coordination skills.
• Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls
• Be able to perform and meetprocessingstandards in a fast-paced largepayment processingenvironment.
• Using multiple computerized systems multi-tasking is required
• Respond toEmployerinquiries using standard scripts and procedures.
• Gather information research/resolvepaymentsandlog all data
• Communicate appropriate options for resolution promptly.
• Informcallers about other payment options available and assist with proper remittance information
• Provide peer-to-peer trainingwhen requested
• Assessespaymentsto provide posting immediately or require follow-up for client resolution.
• Identifies customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case.
• Performs routinepayment processingactivities concerning business products and services.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet the requirements of a background check and fingerprinting.
• Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously.
• Good attendance/punctuality.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative teamwork.
• Technical ability to use computers with multiple apps at the same time.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of banking/data entry experience.
