Were excited to recruitfor a Compliance Coordinator within our Compliance team for a duration of 6months.

What youll be doing

Youll support the Compliance Officer and Compliance Leads to ensure that all works relating to compliance are dealt efficiently. Takingownership of compliance reports and databases so that compliance information is available.

Youll work collaboratively with colleagues partnering contractors and specialists ensuring the delivery of a customer focused cost effective value for money service.

More about you. What can you bring

Youll have a NVQ Level 2 in either Business Administration or Customer Care (or similar/qualified by experience).

Youll have experience of working with mainframe database systems knowledge of Keystone Asset Management systems. Servicing module (KSI) and Orchard housing management systems (Desirable).

Youll have a clear understanding of risk management and compliance and acomprehensive understanding of health & safety. Knowledge of areas of compliance that affect social housing stock and the required inspection regimes (Desirable).

Ideally youll have demonstrable experience of working with internal and external customers such as contractors agencies partners and tenants.

When and where youll be doing it

You will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa 27000 dependent upon your knowledge skills and experience.
