IT Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Supervisor to join our team in Madinah Saudi Arabia. As an IT Supervisor you will play a crucial role in overseeing our organizations IT infrastructure ensuring smooth operations and driving technological innovation.

• Manage and supervise the IT team providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Oversee the maintenance configuration and reliable operation of computer systems networks and servers
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data through proactive measures and regular audits
• Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and implement appropriate solutions
• Manage IT projects including planning resource allocation and timely execution
• Troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide timely resolutions
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations
• Develop and maintain IT policies procedures and best practices
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services and equipment
• Prepare and manage IT budgets ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities for IT staff
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and industry standards

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as an IT Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure systems and network administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
• Experience with IT project management and implementation
• In-depth understanding of IT security best practices and risk management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of IT industry standards and best practices
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CISSP CCNA PMP) are a plus
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
