We are seeking a Business Applications Specialist here at Mize. The Business Applications Specialist is responsible for the health integrity and optimization of our core application suite. You will own daily system administration drive operational excellence through rigorous business analysis and implement technical solutions to streamline workflows.

What Youll Do

Monitor and maintain daily operations of our flagship product ensuring all data-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Conduct customer and data investigations to uncover insights optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
Perform customer health checks and develop strategies to maximize client satisfaction and engagement.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies.
Implement standards and workflows to streamline operations and support company scale-up.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product flows and resolve operational challenges creatively.
Provide reports on operational performance and suggest actionable improvements.
Contribute to data structure integration and maintain high-quality data standards.

Requirements:

1 year of hands-on experience as a Business Applications Analyst or similar role.
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Information Technology etc.
Previous experience with systems like Hubspot Jira or Zendesk an advantage.
Knowledge or interest in process automation tools (e.g. AI agents RPA) is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity
A team player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and process management.
Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to assist colleagues in utilizing applications effectively.
