Job Summary

Role- Data Architect / Data Engineering Manager
Location: Jersey City NJ

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to design and implement enterprise-scale data platforms BI solutions and multi cloud-based architectures. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling ETL pipelines BI tools and cloud technologies (AWS Azure) along with leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and align data strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and operationalize comprehensive enterprise data models utilizing dimensional modeling techniques (Star/Snowflake schemas) and scalable data solutions.
Design and optimize sophisticated ETL/ELT pipelines leveraging Azure Data Factory Azure Analytics AWS Glue SSIS Apache Spark (PySpark) PL/SQL and DBT for batch and real-time data integration.
Design high-performance scalable data architecture across hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS Azure GCP). Lead cloud migration projects and ensure cost optimization.
Define and enforce data governance frameworks incorporating data quality management master data management (MDM) metadata management and data lineage tracking aligned with regulatory requirements (GDPR CCPA SOC 2 HIPAA PCI-DSS) including automated PII detection.
DataOps & Engineering best Practices in implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps GitLab CI or Jenkins for infrastructure-as-code automated testing and continuous deployment.
Develop and manage BI platforms (Power BI Tableau OBIEE OAC) for self-service analytics and executive dashboards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align data architecture with business KPIs and digital transformation goals.
Mentor and manage teams (3 15 members) across Data Engineering BI and DevOps.
Execute comprehensive performance tuning initiatives for data pipelines BI reports and analytical queries achieving SLA targets and ensure high availability and efficiency.

Real-Time Streaming: Amazon Kinesis Apache KafkaApache Pulsar Confluent Platform.
