Job Title Product Owner
Job Description Were looking for a Product Owner to help shape and deliver
high-impact solutions in our Accountant product suite. You
will be at the centre of our design team collaborating with
colleagues from user experience content research and
architecture. Youll work closely with development teams
product management and customers to ensure that our
products deliver exceptional value - especially for users
with complex professional needs. This role combines
strategic thinking business analysis and strong
communication skills to translate stakeholder needs into

clear product outcomes.
What Youll Do

Own and prioritise the product backlog for accountant

features and projects

Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define
clear actionable requirements to our development teams.
Lead the delivery of new customer features and iterative

improvements

Act as the go-to expert for backlog items product
questions and business context

Work with Product Management to align delivery with the
product roadmap and business strategy
Continuously gather and act on feedback from internal

and external stakeholders

Document communicate and manage requirements with

clarity and consistency

Support compliance and business-critical priorities as

they evolve

Youll work within a multidisciplinary product delivery team
including engineers designers testers and other product
professionals. Youll collaborate closely with stakeholders
across the business and report into a Team. The culture is
collaborative customer-focused and delivery-oriented.

*** Please note that this role is hybrid and will require you to
work 3 days a week from our Bangalore office. ***
Key Responsibilities Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
in a SaaS or software delivery environment
Strong skills in requirements gathering backlog
management and stakeholder communication
Experience working in Agile teams and managing product

iterations

Ability to translate complex user needs into clear

actionable requirements

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Nice to Have

Experience in accountant product domains
Knowledge of compliance-driven product development
Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence or similar
Background working with professional user personas with

complex workflows
