Job Summary
Monitor portfolio projects to ensure they are in the proper project phase and that
require monthly project updates are met and accurate each month.
o Ensure project schedules and milestones are on track with associated
contracts.
o Own project risk tracker for the Portfolio.
Provide analytical support for portfolio and other monthly reports for leadership
and business review and presentation.
Prepare monthly portfolio presentations and budget presentations that will go to
IT Leadership. High attention to detail is required.
Work with different IT and finance stakeholders around the globe to ensure
financials are being reported in timely and accurate manner.
Work with procurement to track status of contracts renewal and PO progress.
Assist with monthly forecasting and financial reporting across spend categories
including manually tracking where needed.
Support adhoc reporting requests as needed.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required. Power BI experience is preferred
as well.
