Job Summary

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in project/program management with at least 3 years leading Project Management Office (PMO) functions in a Banking/Financial services context.
  • Strong familiarity with banking regulations data governance and risk management.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and offshore delivery teams.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall SAFe).
  • Proficient with project tools (JIRA MS Project Clarity PPM Power BI).
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing regulatory and cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to build and manage delivery roadmaps across diverse teams
  • Strong grasp of dependencies across business and technology functions
  • Clear proactive communicator who can escalate risks promptly
  • Comfortable adapting to evolving governance models and PMO structures
  • Familiarity working across multiple SDLC methodologies

Roles and Responsibility:-

  • Lead the setup and institutionalization of a Project Management Office (PMO) for enterprise-level transformation programs.
  • Manage delivery of complex initiatives such as core banking system migrations regulatory transitions or post-merger integrations.
  • Design governance frameworks resource management dashboard/reporting mechanisms and performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Oversee project scoping timeline development risk/issue tracking and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal control standards throughout program execution.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership translating project data into actionable business insights.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives lessons learned and best practices dissemination
