Roles and Responsibility:-
- Lead the setup and institutionalization of a Project Management Office (PMO) for enterprise-level transformation programs.
- Manage delivery of complex initiatives such as core banking system migrations regulatory transitions or post-merger integrations.
- Design governance frameworks resource management dashboard/reporting mechanisms and performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
- Oversee project scoping timeline development risk/issue tracking and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal control standards throughout program execution.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership translating project data into actionable business insights.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives lessons learned and best practices dissemination
