Become the Mobility Architect: Evaluate posture gait balance coordination and strength to craft personalized goal-oriented treatment plans.
Ignite Independence: Work hands-on to improve essential life tasks from strengthening the core muscles needed to get up from a chair to mastering the rhythm of climbing stairs.
Lead the Way: Guide and direct the delivery of all physical therapy services within the facility ensuring every treatment adheres to the highest local state and federal standards. You will be the trusted expert on skilled nursing home regulations procedures and guidelines.

The Essentials: What You Bring to the Mission

The Must-Haves (Required):

Experience: Previous experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting is required.
Licensure: A valid unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Missouri (MO) is required.
Mobility: A valid drivers license in the state of employment.

The Edge (Preferred):

A minimum of 2 years of professional Physical Therapist experience.

The Financials:

Gross Weekly Pay: $2400.00
