Job Summary

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What Youll Do

In this role youll work alongside experienced engineers to deliver infrastructure that improves safety accessibility and community connection. You will gain hands-on experience with:

• Roadway and highway geometric design

• Site civil engineering including grading and drainage

• Utility design and coordination

• Supporting transportation and transit design packages for the State of Michigan MDOT and the City of Detroit

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to bring projects from planning through design and delivery

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)

• PE license in Michigan or the ability to obtain PE within one year (EITs encouraged to apply)

• Experience in transportation roadway or site civil design

• Working knowledge of design software (MicroStation OpenRoads AutoCAD Civil 3D etc.)

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
