Medical Malpractice Attorneys

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has an excellent opportunity for an Attorney in our St. Louis office specializing in Medical Malpractice. The Attorney works under the direction of the Office Managing Partner Practice Group Leader and/or Partners in preparing matters for hearing trial arbitration or mediation. Ideal candidates must have at least three years of Medical Malpractice litigation experience.

Candidates must be licensed to practice in Illinois and Missouri.

Qualifications:

• Duties and responsibilities include drafting correspondence pleadings opinion letters and other documents; reviewing and analyzing documents for relevance and privilege; preparing for attending and summarizing depositions; coordinating with witnesses; communicating with clients courts and other counsel.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills and command of the English language.
• Maintain current knowledge of Local Rules Rules of Civil Procedure FRCP and other applicable codes and regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate with parties outside the Firm including clients courts opposing and co-counsel vendors attorneys secretaries paralegals case assistants managers and other staff.

The yearly salary range is between $100000-$275000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills training experience including the location where the position is filled.
