Position: Impact Requirement Coordinator

The Impact Requirement Coordinator plays a key leadership role in overseeing the clinical supervision compliance and skill development of RBTs on ABCs Impact Team. This position is responsible for ensuring supervision requirements and documentation standards are consistently met while providing ongoing training and coaching to RBTs across centers. The role involves traveling to other centers to support implementation and consistency of the Impact program assisting with policies and procedures and contributing to long-term strategic decisions. This position offers leadership opportunities to shape the programs development and directly influence how it impacts ABCs clinical services and long-term success.
Position Description
Serves as the primary clinical leader for the Impact team in Colorado partnering with the operations team to co-lead Impact RBT teams
Oversee and maintain the responsibilities of a RBT Requirements Coordinator for the Impact Team including monitoring auditing and supporting RBT supervision and documentation compliance
Develop implement and oversee clinical policies and best practices for the Impact Team ensuring consistency compliance and alignment with ABCs standards
Effectively collaborates and communicates with ABC stakeholders including but not limited to Clinical Directors Operations Managers Behavior Analysts and regional leaders
Provide program orientation training to center teams receiving Impact Team support including the Operations Managers Clinical Directors BCBAs and Centralized Schedulers receiving support from the Impact Team
Coordinate and monitor supervision expectations across BCBAs ensuring timely follow-up compliance and support for ongoing professional development
Responsible for the clinical quality of the Impact Team; monitor and support treatment effectiveness for sessions including trial counts adherence to treatment plans and session note quality.
Travel across centers to observe and support Impact RBTs ensuring consistent implementation of clinical practices and providing hands-on coaching as needed.
Complete RBT evaluations and participate in Elevate conversations; monitor ongoing performance requirements to maintain Impact RBT role eligibility.
Provide performance feedback to Impact RBTs on clinical quality professionalism stakeholder communication attendance/timeliness and responsiveness.
Oversee ongoing training and development of Impact Teammates including implementation of Skill Up training monitoring PDU completion and training on generalization.
Participate in the recruitment process by interviewing candidates for Impact RBT positions assessing qualifications and supporting selection of high-quality team members.
Adapt and respond effectively to evolving program needs demonstrating flexibility and a solutions-oriented approach.
Assist with exciting projects and initiatives as needed contributing to the growth and success of the Impact program.
Qualifications
Has at least 1 year experience at ABC
ABC Assistant Clinical Director or above
Must reside in Colorado
Demonstrate expert knowledge on RBT requirements coordinator supervision model
Proven success developing systems to drive results Organization Behavior Management experience highly preferred
Effectively and systematically communicates up down and across tiers
Successfully maintains the BACB and ABCs RBT supervision expectations including ability to teach rules and documentation requirements
Establishes self as a leader by following through on commitments seeking resources and solutions for teammates and engaging meaningfully
Identified as a meaningful and sought after resource by peers
Respond and adjust behavior when feedback is provided
Takes initiative to drive culture for their team and throughout the center
Organized meets timelines proficient in Google Suite
