Position Highlights:

• Salary Range: $60000$80000 annually bonus opportunities
• Location: Fort Myers FL
• Focus: Leading developing and growing Elevates electrical department
• Ownership: Full operational oversight of installations service quality and team performance
• Team: Guide and support a team of electricians and apprentices

• Lead develop and manage a team of electricians and apprentices to ensure high performance safety and exceptional customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing coaching mentoring and technical support to maintain top-tier service standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability growth and excellence across the department.
• Oversee daily operations of the electrical department
• Collaborate with dispatch sales and other departments to streamline operations and ensure seamless coordination across all services.
• Monitor and manage departmental KPIs including job completion rate average ticket size and customer satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on support to technicians with complex troubleshooting problem-solving and customer escalations. Ensure technical excellence and high-quality service delivery on every job.
• Ensure all team members strictly adhere to electrical codes safety protocols and licensing requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with homeowners ensuring clear communication timely resolution of concerns and a consistently excellent customer experience. Promote service standards that build trust and long-term customer loyalty.

• 510 years of residential electrical experience including generators
• 3 years in a leadership foreman or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems safety codes and best practices
• Excellent communication coaching and problem-solving skills
• Experience in home services or technician-based operations
• Familiarity with Nexstar service system and ServiceTitan
