Job Summary
Job Description
The Controller:
- Provides financial guidance to the business mainly for the Service Lines in the Land Division
- Leads a small team of project controllers
- Does the project Controlling for the Service Lines together with the project controlling team
- Supports planning reporting closing (according to IFRS) and controlling (prepares the budget and the rolling forecasts) in cooperation with the Regional Business Line Controller and prepares the monthly reporting
- Establishes relationships and forums with the business the project controllers and the finance team to efficiently coordinate and manage end-to-end finance activities.
- Ensures that appropriate accounting policies and financial controls are in place for the projects by driving and initiating process improvements and the proper documentation thereof
- Shapes the finance controlling activities with the necessary end-to-end knowledge within the organization and ensures that new ways of working get embedded
