We are seeking applications for an experienced Support Services Manager to oversee and manage all patient-facing services at the North Canberra Hospitalin the ACT.

THE POSITION

• Effectively oversee all patient-facing services within the facility for quality cost safety & service delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of support service departments including staffing allocation rostering of duties and delegation of tasks
• Develop and maintain a strong client and contractual relationship across a wide stakeholder group.
• Ensure all compliance and company policies are adhered to and oversee regular audits and if required root cause investigations.

THE PERSON

• Strong and effective leadership skills. The ability to support motivate and effectively manage a diverse workforce.
• Passionate about high standards of delivery levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Experience in successfully managing complex and highly compliant operational contracts and budgets within a healthcare framework.
• Previous experience in multi-service / soft facilities management role within the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
• NPC/WWVP/VPD: As an occupational requirement of this role the successful applicant will be required to meet site entry requirements including but not limited to a current National Police Clearance WWVP approval & Relevant Immunisation Schedule.
